Have Your Say is one of the ways we can improve our service.

The Student Charter sets out what you can expect from us, and what we can expect from you, to enable success on your journey as a student.

If your expectations have not been met, your Student Adviser is the best person to provide advice and support. If you are unsure who your Student Adviser is, please contact your programme leader, tutor or student support team and they will help you find out. If you don’t know who to contact, or would like to tell us something about your experience as a college student, then please use this form. When you use this form, an email will be sent to Student Services who will liaise with appropriate colleagues across the college and will keep you informed about the progress of your issue. It is often helpful to put you directly in contact with other colleagues at the college who can help.

However, if you would prefer to remain anonymous, there is no requirement to mention your name in the email, your name will not be passed on to anyone while dealing with this issue.
