I have always enjoyed cooking and really wanted to turn it into a career.
I think the teaching is relaxed, safe, and informative which is really nice as no one will get annoyed at you if you are struggling with anything. I was struggling with pastry rolling and had to re-do it more than once, James the tutor, was always there to show me and help.
I would want to be a full chef meaning I can cook anywhere or anything.
