Customer Services Assistant

Salary range £18,578 plus £2,397 Islands Allowance per annum (pro-rata)
Working hours20 hours per week (Monday-Friday 9am to 1pm)

Applications are invited for the above post, located at our main campus in Stornoway.

The successful applicant will be part of our Administration team and be the first point of contact providing a welcoming, friendly and professional information service to students, staff and visitors to the College. 

Applicants should be educated to a minimum of SCQF level 6 with previous experience of working in a busy office environment.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as well as having good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint would be an advantage.
