How to use the most common features of online communication technology such as scheduling meetings, views, microphone settings, recording, and security settings.

This course can be tailored to the following technologies:

  • Zoom
  • Skype
  • WhatsApp
  • Viber

Entry requirements

You need to have a technology that will allow you to install and use the software being delivered.

  • How to schedule, moderate and participate in meetings
  • Adjusting Audio and Video
  • Adjusting views
  • Muting your microphone
  • Turning your camera on and off
  • Recording meetings and various other moderator settings
  • Setting your security settings
