Microsoft Teams SCQF Level 4
What is special about this course?
This course can be tailored to your individual or corporate needs. The basic premise is the use of Microsoft Teams and how to configure, and utilise this software to its full advantage. Additionally, we look at the ability of teams to integrate with the other technologies that are available as part of the Office 365 suite of programs.
Entry requirements
You must be able to utilise a computer, have Microsoft teams, a camera, microphone, headphones. You should also be familiar with office 365 applications.
- Schedule meetings using outlook Calendars
- Create, Share, Edit and find content (SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote)
- Call and Meet team members
- Chat and instant message members
- Adjusting Audio and Video settings
- Adjusting views
- Recording meetings and various other moderator settings
- Setting your security settings
