What is special about this course?
This one-day course is aimed at candidates who require more information about owning and running an electric vehicle, be it battery powered (BEV) or plug in hybrid (PHEV) or a self-charging hybrid (SCHEV).
Entry requirements
Anyone who is interested in purchasing an EV or interest in general.
By the end of this Course participants will have an understanding of:
The different types of EV’s, how they are configured and the vehicle tax incentives.
The different types and ways of charging an EV.
Charging at home.
The EV charging network in Scotland in particular, and in the UK in general.
The European charging network in general.
Government Incentives.
Practical demonstrations will be given
